Colon Cleanse Vs Colon Irrigation , which ones better?
I have a digestion problem and I dont put on weight too. This has been troubling me for sometime and I have decided to do a colon irrigation which is going to cost me about £80 .However I do understand I can do a colon cleanse or a detox by just using tablets etc..that wont cost me as much. Which one is better? Any Ideas? Thank you
Any colon cleanser which is worth using is going to cost not a great deal less than your colonic. I would recommend doing both – using a colon cleanser and having colonics. But if I had to choose one then the colonic has it.

what is the best remote / secluded / deserted island in the caribbean / south america that you could camp on?
i’m looking for a habitable camping friendly ( no dangerous animals / killer insects / people) secluded / remote or deserted island either in the caribbean or south america or somewhere relativley close to the us no longer than a 6 hour plane / helicopter ride. my mission is to go detox for a moth while camping on this island…if you could recommend one you’ll have good karma for a lifetime! thanks!
try ‘los rocos’ islands in the caribean off venezuela. it has a landstrip of the size of a tennis court, no airport, 1 hotel and about 10 houses, 1 truck, rest done by donkeys. they have a catamaran and several speedboats, which bring you to the uninhabitat neighbour islands. there you find maybe a turtle, that’s it!
Has anyone tried this detox diet before? I got it from the womans world magizine. I want to know what kind of vegetables do i put in the soup. I have the recipe for the detox soup but all it said’s is put 3-4 cups of vegetables in with some water. but it does not say which ones. Can any one tell me what they put for the veggies. u can lose 21 lbs in 21 days. She has a book written about it. U can find this info on the womans world magazine for the week of may 15.
